Shipping policy
You will receive an Order Confirmation number via e-mail once your order has been placed.
Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with details regarding your tracking number.

💌 USPS PRIORITY MAIL or STANDARD MAIL SHIPPING
Standard shipping USPS typically takes 3-7 business days.
Priority shipping USPS typically takes 1-4 business days.
✈️ USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Deliveries can take between 7– 30 days to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air, or a combination of both.
📃 CUSTOMS - IMPORT FEES & LOCAL TAXES
You will be responsible for paying any duties, import fees, or taxes charged by your local government. For more information about any additional taxes and import fees that may be charged in your country, contact your local customs office.
🕵🏽 WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Absolutely! As soon as the package is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS or UPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be updated.

‼️LOST PACKAGES
At the time a package is placed into the possession of USPS or UPS, Raices Tejidas is no longer liable for lost, delayed packages, mis-delivery errors, or incorrect shipping/address info. If shipping info was filled out inaccurately, quickly shoot us an e-mail at support@rt-collective.com and we will help you! Also let us know if a package has not arrived at your doorstep and we will help out as much as we can to try and get to the bottom of where your package is.
