Refund policy

If you would like to make a return, check out our policies below. We want to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with your purchase. 

All pieces are checked and inspected before being shipped out to ensure they meet our highest standard of quality before arriving at your doorstep. Though, we understand you may not be satisfied with an item, or it is defective upon arrival. 

 

To be eligible for a return exchange OR refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.  International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If there’s a problem with your order, don't be hesitant to send us an email at support@rt-collective.com with the subject header as “RETURN EXCHANGE" or "REFUND" Please include the order #, the reason for the return exchange, and photos if you have any!

You can return exchange an item for another product (upon availability and of equal value) or request a refund.

We will review your request within 24 hours and get right back to you. Return exchange/return refund requests will be accepted for items that are unused. They must be in the same condition and packaging it was received in.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we have received the item you want a refund on. Take into consideration that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We’ll follow up with an email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return exchange or refund was approved. If approved, you will be sent instructions on how to return your package and when you should expect a refund.

    Final Sale Items

    If the item is marked “final sale” or is on clearance, it does not qualify for return exchange or refund.
